Returns & Exchanges
We strive to make the exchange and the return as comfortable as possible for you. You can exchange or return the goods within 30 days of the receipt of your order.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To do this, send us an email at sentir.lingerie@gmail.com and indicate the Order Number, your Email, and reason for your request. Our service department will contact you within 24 hours and give you instructions for the completion of the return procedure.
We will accept a refund of the goods or offer a replacement product.
!Please note that the products must not have been worn, not washed, not damaged, the quantity must meet the declared amount, and be complete with all tags, labels, and stickers on the product. Otherwise, the return or exchange is not possible.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
The refund will be made to the sender's account within 14 days after receipt.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong size.

We will offer a replacement only for a different size or color of the same product within 14 days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
